Interstellar Adventures
Recent Posts- I Ran May 6, 2009Saturday I ran a half marathon. 13.1 miles in Indianapolis. It felt good. Wheels started to come off around mile 11, but I managed to keep my rusty bolts together and crossed the finish line near my goal. Need to reset/confirm a goal here soon to keep it up. - Tues & Wed January 24, 2008Last night I did 65 minutes and 4.43 ‘miles’ on the elliptical trainer. Tonight I did 60 minutes and 4.59 ‘miles’ on the elliptical trainer.
