What Did You Do?!?!

Filed under: Married Life,Mr. Wonderful — by InterstellarLass @ 10:03 pm

One thing Nick and I used to share is the fact that we both had angioma’s on our head. Yeah, something you all wanted to know. Mine is small and right on my hairline. Nick’s was larger and under his hair. Every time he went to go get his hair cut, he’d point it out, and they’d still bump it with the comb. So, he went to see a doctor. And today, he had it removed.

So, where I left for work with my honey looking like this:

I came home and he looked like this:

Now, I don’t descriminate against the follicularly challenged, and I think bald can be sexy. I’m just not sure I wanted it on my man. He’s keeping the mohawk until tomorrow night, and then we’re taking him completely bald. The only good part about this is that I got to fix and even up his new ‘do, and I got to shave his head.

*sigh* Here’s to the memory of running my fingers through his hair. Cheers!

  1. Hair grows back. Have fun with the bald head while it’s there.

What is an agionma? I’ll have to go check.

  3. He could get a tatoo on his head now. Really, he could. No?

Yoga is so good for you.I don’t care what anyone says it can be hard.

  5. Yes, bald is sexy and so are mohawks. But, there is something to be said for running your fingers through thick, sexy hair. It’ll grow back. He’s being a rebel…and probably loving it!! Just think how you might look with one!!! HA!

  8. I think it’ll look great! And it’ll grow back before you know it. And hey, at least now he has pics of himself with a mohawk. How many people have that?

  9. Oh my gosh. I’d die my my husband came home with a mohawk! Even for a day! LOL! Although, he’s balding so it might be a little funny looking (but you didn’t hear it from me).

Can wait to see the bald Nick! Will you be getting a matching do?

  10. That looks awesome! I don’t know. I think he should keep it. My nine year old would be so jealous.

  11. LOL Lass! It seems change is the only constant in life. I think it looks kind of neat. As the others have said, it will grow back. But for now, you can pretend he’s a rocker you are having a wild affair with. Sound good? 😉

  12. My hubby is bald. He was losing his hair and he decided to beat it to the punch and just shave it off. He looks younger without the hair.
Nick looks like he probably looks good bald. You’ll have to post a pic of him “post mohawk”.
IMHO, bald can be really sexy on a man. Think Bruce Willis.

  14. I think bald can be sexy on the right shaped head. Nick’s looks nicely rounded and symmetrical. A mowhawk, now that’s just wildness!

Yes, it will grow back. In the meantime, have fun with the stubble!

Things I have told people today regarding my hair.

I’m in an acting group and we’re doing a production of Taxi Driver.

I do children’s theater and are doing a production of the A-Team.

    Mr. T fan club.

and all my German friends were doing it.

  16. I totally love the mohawk.

And I’ve always wanted a tattoo on my head, underneath my hair. That’s so cool.

(My dad is bald, and he once got a temporary tattoo of a fried egg. That was hilarious.)
