Thirteen Bad Christmas Light Displays

House numbers and license plates have been obscured to protect the tacky. Sadly, these are all within my ghetto neighborhood.
Don’t forget, I need your cookie recipes!

 1.  I can only assume they ran out of lights.

2.  Perhaps they were going for the Gingerbread House look.

3.  Keepin’ it loose.

4.  Someone got lawn ornament happy.

5.  Not sure what they were going for here.

6.  A little bit of everything…except for the kitchen sink.

7.  Santa looks like he’s ascending from Hades.

8.  And the other half went where?

9.  Simple and patriotic.

10.  Unstructured impressionism.

11.  I think the garbage adds to the ambience.

12.  All the deer in the neighborhood came over to graze.

13.  I can’t figure out if they just quit, or if it’s a ‘less is more’ attempt.

  6. haha they are such funny photo’s. Not many people here put decorations outside their houses but they are usually pretty poor attempts. I’ll have to borrow a camera and try to catch a few!

  13. That was a funny list. My dad is threatening to put plastic reindeer on his lawn this year. We’re all begging him to reconsider!

  23. Great Thursday Thirteen! We have YET to put our lights up, and we saw a house the other night that is just SO cool, I can’t even describe it. After that, I came home and looked at our hodgepodge of decorations. We suck.
